RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:
The Preservation Hall Store will accept for return or exchange merchandise purchased through our Artist Stores within 30 days of purchase. Additional postage charges will apply to re-send exchanged merchandise that is not defective. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Clothing returns and exchanges are accepted ONLY for unwashed and unworn merchandise. The Preservation Hall Store will not accept for return or exchange any packaged non-wearables, including CDs or DVDs once opened.

The Preservation Hall Store recognizes the importance of keeping private the shipping and billing information you provide when shopping with us. We use this data only for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We assure you that the information you provide is never made available to other companies.
